Error code: 0301 CDEF002

This error indicates that the version of Windows installed on your computer is not compatible with SmartGuard.
SmartGuard supports all official Windows OS releases starting from Windows 7. However, there are a number of reasons why you might see this error when starting your game:

1. Windows Insider Preview

You are a member of the Windows Insider Preview program. As part of the installation of updates, preliminary (test) versions of Windows will be installed on your operating system, the official release of which has not yet taken place, and perhaps has not even been planned yet.
SmartGuard does not support these Windows versions. If you recently joined the Windows Insider Program, then your OS settings should be able to revert back to a stable version of the operating system, otherwise the only way to start the game is to reinstall Windows.

2. RC or pre-RTM version of Windows

This is the Windows version of the OS - candidates for an official release. Sometimes it happens that versions of Windows that are not intended for an official release end up on the network and are used by "repackers" to create installation images and place them on Torrent trackers. SmartGuard may not support these Windows versions.

3. A new version of Windows has been released

Sometimes it happens that it is not possible to prepare in advance for the release of a new version of the Windows operating system. In this case, it will take us 1-2 days to prepare the SmartGuard update and you will be able to enter the game again.
